It is provided on a best-effort basis for lawful, consent-based use. It is not an emergency service — in an emergency, always contact your local authorities.
Accuracy of results
Location results are approximate and depend on network coverage, the device's status, and the availability of data. Accuracy tends to be higher in dense urban areas and lower in rural areas or when a device is offline. We do not guarantee that any particular search will return a result or a precise location. Where a search returns no usable result, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
Lawful use is your responsibility
Getlocate must only be used where you have the legal right to do so — for example locating your own device, your minor child's device as their parent or guardian, or checking the region of a number that is calling you.
