Getlocate is a device-location service built for lawful, consent-based use, and you are responsible for how you use it. Please read the terms below before locating any number.

Permitted

• Locating a phone that belongs to you.
• Recovering your own lost or stolen device.
• Monitoring the location of your own underage child, in your role as their parent or legal guardian.

Not permitted

• Tracking another adult — a partner, spouse, colleague or friend — without their explicit consent.
• Any use that violates the privacy or telecommunications laws of your country.
• Covert or deceptive surveillance of any kind.

By using Getlocate you confirm that you have the legal right to locate the number you enter. Misuse may violate local privacy and telecommunications laws and is solely the responsibility of the user.
